Hello Petr,

We are using your service for various type of captcha to Bypass, Now we are getting token for the website and all are going failed, Note that i am trying to bypass the v3 "Render" Captcha which cost us more than $200 in a week which is skyrocket and we didn't see this type of issue before, Your above comments are not helpful and still the issue is not sorted, We want a refund for the failed tokens and We want the solution immediately because our business is stuck because of this issue.

We have created the ticket on 2caotcha.com but there is no solution from the administration, So please give us a solution and Refund for failed token because of your side issue. $200 is a big amount and in a week $200 cost for the failed tokens is not good where the issue was from your side and you didn't send us an email about the issue on 18th May.
