API res.php endpoint constantly returns "ERROR_WRONG_CAPTCHA_ID"

I'm waiting aroung 30-40 seconds after submit the request, and I'm constantly getting this error message that says 'error_text': 'You are trying to get the answer or complain a captcha that was submitted more than 15 minutes ago.' even though I clearly submitted it like a minute ago. It is annoying, and it keeps happening. It is taking me aroung 5 minutes to resolve a captcha because of this.

I would like to know if I'm being charged for this too.

Make sure your request to 'res.php' is not malformed. And also make sure you use the same domain for both API enpoints: in.php and res.php
