In October this year, it became known that Google My Business is working on a new feature that will allow businesses to view the history of customers' recent calls from search results.

Recently, overseas industry experts noticed that this feature has already appeared in the GMB interface.

Call data is available on the new "Calls" tab:

The screenshot below is a comparison of the new call history with the call data in the performance reporting:

According to previous information, call history can be used to track customer calls from Search and Maps. All of them will be displayed in one place so that companies can see missed calls and stay in touch with customers.

The scale of this update is still unknown.

There have been no official announcements about the launch of the new functionality in Google My Business yet.

The rise in outsourcing has been fueled by evolving technologies that make it easier for companies to shift non-core functions off-site or offshore.

I think that Google added many useful features for business owners to save time. It's great to see that the technologies are getting involved in simple business processes, and I think that every business owner should put a bigger accent on bringing different IT solutions to their business. One of the most famous nowadays trendy solutions is CRM. CRM is an abbreviation for customer relationship management. It assists you in managing your client relationships to improve your services. CRM is a smart investment for a business. Thus I called the teaminternational.com professionals to construct a CRM for my dropshipping company.
