I, too - does not allow Google to enter more than one service - from Google Drive to YouTube

Yeah, I’ve run into that before too. Once I couldn’t log in for like an hour, and it turned out to be a Google server issue. If you've tried a few accounts and none work, it’s probably not just you. Maybe try clearing your cache or using a different browser? Usually, it just fixes itself after a while. I doubt they banned you unless there's more going on.
