Font size for h1

I don't think the robot is staring at styles. But due to aesthetic requirements - it is required to make the size of the h1 tag - 12px on one of the pages.
It is perfectly readable for people, but it only looks fine under the logo.
Will there be problems from such small things?

Check if this page is mobile friendly. If Google does not swear, then everything is fine.

It is relevant to use the 12th font only for service text.
