Google My Business has brought back the ability to request a support call.
Google removed toll-free support phone numbers from the My Business home page in March. This was due to the limited functionality of the service due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
When trying to use one of the existing numbers, users heard a recommendation to visit the Google My Business Help Center.
Now, on the “Contact Us” page in GMB Help, among the available options, along with chat and email, a call appeared - “Get a call”:

To what extent this change has been launched is still unknown.
