Is it just me that Google search results?

On the request "Kathmandu dating site" I have the first two positions of normal sites, the other 8 redirects to porn. Is it Google that adjusts to my interests or does it all?

Looked in two different broisers, cleaned cache and cookies. But now I looked and the issue is completely different
