Why my “withdraw” button disappeared?
The button disappears when you deposit money. If you have deposited money our system will classify you as a webmaster and therefore you don’t need to withdraw. To withdraw your money you need to fill the “refund” form.
I have filled the refund form and I received no money.
Sometimes the request isn’t processed automatically. There is no need to write us about it – the request will be processed in no longer than 2 work day’s period.
How to return my money that I entered into the system?
You have to complete the form at the bottom by specifying:
1) Reason for refunding
2) Your purse and payment system
3) When you made your last deposit and what was the amount
Refunds are made only to the purses from which they were initially deposited.
