Hi. It's depends on in what zones you're interested mostly, since there can be cheaper prices on particular zone in service "A" and higher price on another zone, than service "B" and vice versa.
Anyway, list of more popular domain services is pretty obvious:
godaddy.com
domain.com
domains.google

But I advice you to search by yourself, because there often some special promotions takes place so prices may vary.
